(Wichita, KS)--Wichita Clinic congratulates Richard DeSplinter MD, Plastic Surgery for recently passing his boards given by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. DeSplinter sees patients of all ages and has a special interest in plastic, cosmetic, hand and reconstructive surgery.
